This institutional facility was developed for the Military Engineer Services (MES), the organization responsible for the planning, construction, and maintenance of critical defense infrastructure across Pakistan. The project encompasses a comprehensive program including administrative offices, residential units, storage facilities, and support functions, all integrated within a single masterplanned campus.

The design prioritizes clarity, efficiency, and long-term functionality, with zoning strategies that clearly separate public, semi-private, and operational areas while maintaining seamless internal connectivity. Architectural expression is restrained and purposeful, reflecting the discipline and reliability associated with MES, while contemporary materials and controlled massing lend the campus a modern civic identity. Landscaped open spaces and structured circulation networks enhance usability, environmental comfort, and future adaptability, resulting in a cohesive facility that supports both daily operations and residential needs at an institutional scale.
